We are a small rescue devoted to helping dogs become valued family members through training and socialization.

Our Rescue has evolved over the past year and we see that we do best and are most successful when we remain small and concentrate our efforts on those dogs deserving of a second chance at a good life but need help with training and socialization in order to become successful in their new homes.

Goals:

• To ensure that each dog in our care is given the medical care necessary to be restored to health;
• To take whatever time necessary to appropriately socialize each dog and train him on basic commands and leash walking to set them up for success in their new home;
• To find the most appropriate home for each dog according to his personality and physical needs;
• To be a strong community advocate for spay/neuter programs;
• To be a source of education about animal behavior;
• To value our relationships with our adopters so that they will always have a place to turn with questions;
• To assist other rescues and shelters by networking and sharing their rescues available for adoption;
• To be a strong advocate for responsible pet ownership.
• To help keep fewer animals from being left behind.

Our dogs/puppies will not leave foster care until we deem them to be healthy, well socialized companions knowing basic commands and manners that will make them valued family members. Prior to adoption, each will be house and crate trained as is age appropriate, UTD on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, micro-chipped and on heartworm prevention.
