S.V.D.R. was created with one purpose and with one mission in mind and that is to safe the hounds from the pound.

S.V.D.R. is located in Sweetwater, TN and our intake policy is solely dedicated to helping the shelters located in Loudon, Monroe, McMinn Counties, TN and Graham County, NC.
