This is the official page of Greater Houston German Shepherd Dog Rescue (GHGSDR)

GHGSDR is a 501c3 all volunteer rescue dedicated to saving as many German Shepherd Dogs (GSDs) in the Greater Houston Metropolitan area as possible based on current resources of available foster homes, the rate at which we can find suitably matched adoptive homes, and of course, financial resources primarily for veterinary care.

Our GSDs come from animal shelters where they were awaiting euthanasia, or from owners who legally surrender their dogs to us. All of our dogs GSDs need loving, forever homes and families to call their own.
