DCDR is a foster home-based, all-breed dog rescue in Louisville, KY. DCDR is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible. We do not have a physical location or facility.

Derby City Dog Rescue gives individual dogs, who would otherwise be destroyed in area animal shelters, a second chance at life by providing foster homes, basic care, and medical care until final adoption as a valued family member.
