MidSouth Animal Rescue League

We are pleased that you are part of our group of loyal friends who continue to support us in our mission. Please continue to care, volunteer, donate, and speak out against cruelty to animals.

The mission of MidSouth Animal Rescue League, as a network of individuals and rescue organizations, is to improve the plight of homeless animals dying in local shelters by providing rescue, shelter, medical care, adoption services, and foster homes. To assist other agencies in investigating incidents of animal cruelty, abandonment, and neglect. To reduce pet overpopulation by advocating spay/neuter programs. To reduce the number of homeless animals entering MidSouth shelters by promoting responsible pet ownership, permanent identification, and the humane and compassionate treatment of all animals.

** We are a Memphis, TN based rescue, but several years ago, moved 30 miles outside of town to a large piece of property as we grew and wanted to do more and help more animals. We are a foster based rescue, we do not have a physical shelter that is open to the public. Most of our foster homes are in the Memphis, TN area, considered the greater Mid-South area, which can be confusing, but is a tri state area of TN/MS/AR. **
