Tazewell Humane Society (THS) supports our community through low cost vaccination clinics throughout the year. THS is working hard to implement a low cost spay / neuter program for Tazewell County, IL residents. This program is necessary to reduce the population of unwanted dogs and cats in Tazewell County. The number one cause of death for dogs and cats is euthanasia, mostly in County ran Shelters. A Spay / Neuter program is the only true way to reduce the number of surrendered, abandoned or found animals from entering these type shelters. Our organization is ran solely by volunteers.
