HAS provides food, shelter and above all love to stray animals and to rehabilitate them appropriately. Actively promote adoption and prevent unwanted breeding through effective implementation of the ABC (Animal Birth Control) program.

HAS will be committed to the welfare of stray animals. HAS is and will be deeply involved in getting homes for abandoned dogs. HAS will be extending its helping hand to rescue and rehabilitation. HAS plans to widen its services by dedicating an ambulance for animal services.
