Heart to Heart Animal Rescue is operated by Dr. Stephanie Henry and her crew from the Carteret Animal Hospital. Our rescue fosters animals from the local humane society at times when they are overloaded, among other abandoned and neglected strays; We support the feral cat community and spay/neuter/vaccinate ferals for return to their colonies. We adopt all too many "failed" fosters, and love each and every one. We hold outreach clinics every year for low cost vetting and vaccination; and lastly, we try to help in vetting needs of pets when their caretakers need help.
