The purpose of maintaining this facebook page is to share information with the public regarding our services, adoptable animals, and found pets.

We go out on calls for service during the course of the day so we may not be at the office during the entire day. You can call first to check if we are in.

Services provided:

We provide animal control services for the Town of Newburgh. This would include dog bites. stray dogs, barking dogs, injured cats and dogs, and animals with no shelter, ect.

In the course of our work animals are impounded. If pets are not redeemed by their owners within the legal timeframe they are usually vetted and offered for adoption. Adoption applications are available at our facility.

We have many volunteer opportunities available. Applications are available at our facility.

Donations are accepted at the shelter. We accept clean blankets, dog and cat food, dog and cat toys and cleaning supplies. We accept monetary donations which go toward our vet bills.
