Humane Society of Ray County is a non-profit organization. We take in animals that are found in the Ray County area but do not duplicate services if the animal is found in city limits with animal control the animals need to go to city. We are all volunteer. We work off of donations only and the donations go toward the animals needs. We do ask for a $25.00 donation when animals are turned over this helps with their immediate expenses. We want to help with the strays in the county and even the lost to find their owners and get them back home.
