Habitat for Humanity builds homes and partners with families so that they may become home owners. Our families are selected from the pool of applicants based on need criteria, willingness to partner through credit counseling if needed and the required 400 hours of sweat equity in the home, and finally the ability to qualify for and repay the reduced cost mortgage
