Established in 1985, PCHS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our animal shelter cares for lost, abandoned and stray animals of Pope County (MN).

Our goal is to prevent cruelty to animals, provide for the welfare of animals and to promote public education for responsible pet ownership.
