Victoria County Animal Control promotes responsible pet ownership, prevention of zoonotic disease and public protection from roaming nuisance animals.

Victoria Animal Control's mission is to protect and serve the public by promoting responsible pet ownership and public education while preventing the spread of zoonotic disease. To provide a temporary shelter for stray, unwanted or homeless animals, to maintain a program to include vaccinations and mandatory spay or neutering. All activities shall be in compliance with state, federal and local laws and regulations and performed by a professional and humane staff.

Sat - Sun Closed
All adoptions must be done in person during regular adoption hours. We cannot hold animals.

Male Dogs:

$173 (75-100#)

All dogs larger than 100# will need a quote from a vet for the cost of a spay/neuter based on weight.
