We are a little rescue with a big heart saving homeless animals one at a time. Our main mission is to pull animals from public shelters.


Our mission is to: 1) rescue, rehabilitate and rehome unwanted/unclaimed canines and felines from public shelters; 2) provide community outreach efforts; 3) advocate and educate on the importance of spay or neutering of outdoor free roaming felines. Our foster animals will be fully vetted before they go into their new forever homes. We are a volunteer organization, we are not a business and do not have a brick and mortar building.

We formed this rescue organization to spare the lives of homeless yet adoptable animals from overcrowded shelters who often face euthanasia. A rescue organization will foster a shelter animal out of their home. We vet our rescue animals and make sure they are as healthy as can be within our financial limitations before we put them up for adoption. Upon an approved application, vet check, and meet and greet, we will ultimately place the animal in a home that is best suited for the animals needs, as well as, a suitable match for the adopters and their lifestyle.

Toby’s Friends will assist to improve the lives of outdoor free-roaming and feral felines by educating the public on how they can help cats in their surrounding areas; provide guidance on how to implement TNR (trap/neuter/return) practices.

We have full time responsibilities during the day, therefore we do not have a business telephone line. We will put our volunteer efforts into action caring for animals, overseeing events and taking care of the administrative paperwork after 5:00 pm weekdays and on the weekends.
