Glasgow-Barren Habitat For Humanity ReStore

The Glasgow-Barren County Habitat For Humanity ReStore is a resale store.

Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization building affordable homes with people who qualify.
New homes are sold in exchange for 325 hours of “sweat equity” and the cost of building the home. NO interest is charged on the loan, saving the family as much $30,000 or more!

The monthly payment for a home is about $350.

You may be eligible for a Habitat home if you meet the 3 guidelines: need, ability to pay, and willingness to partner.

ReStore resale outlets accept donated goods which are sold to the general public at a fraction of the retail price. The proceeds help local Habitat affiliates fund the construction of Habitat homes in the Glasgow-Barren County area.

Regarding promoting reuse and recycling. ReStore resale outlets provide an environmentally and socially responsible way to keep good, reusable materials out of the waste stream while providing funding for Habitat’s community improvement work.
