To provide care for the animals afflicted by injury, and sickness, to enhance the lives of animals and people through education of the citizens, compassion and adoption of animals in our care; and to serve as an advocate to promote humane treatment of all animals in Christian County.

The Christian County Humane Society is a small non-profit organization located on Skyline Drive in Hopkinsville, KY. We have been a no-kill animal rescue for over 30 years. Since we do not receive state or federal funding, we depend on donations, memberships, and fundraisers.

All of our animals (of appropriate age) are spayed/neutered and current on all vaccinations. The adoption fee for our animals is $70.00. If the animal you are adopting is not old enough to be spayed/neutered, your adoption fee will include a certificate for a spay/neuter to be used when the animal reaches the appropriate age.
