SCAR is a voluntary group whose mission is to rehome neglected or abused pets. We also provide a safe alternative to shelters for owners that are faced with the decision to find a new home for their pet.

We solely rely on donations to finance veternary exams, vaccinations, medications and surgeries that our rescued pets need.
