ELM Animal Rescue is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to saving neglected, abused, unwanted, and forgotten dogs and puppies in North Texas. We are completely run by volunteers and all donations go directly to the needs of our rescue dogs. Our mission is to educate the community about animal welfare while providing a loving and safe environment through foster homes and, ultimately, FURever homes. While our focus is on dogs, we try to help all animals in need to the best of our abilities.
