education and outreach programs, adoption and spay/neuter. We also seek to prevent cruelty and suffering to all animals; enforce spay and neuter to reduce the animal population; educate the public on care and humane treatment of animals and follow through with those who don’t. We offer loving and kind care to all animals that come into LCHS.
