Shine On Animal Rescue or S.O.A.R is an up and coming non-profit animal rescue dedicated to improving the lives of all animals in need!


S.O.A.R believes it is our moral duty to show compassion toward abandoned, neglected, and abused animals that have found themselves homeless. We will better their lives through rescue, medical care, and finding loving permanent homes for them.

We will promote the importance of spaying and neutering, responsible pet guardianship, and humane treatment of all animals.
