NQAR is a foster carer based (we don't have a shelter) animal rescue servicing the Cairns region. We are a registered charity run entirely by volunteers.

To find foster carers & well selected homes for as many pets as we can.

Our Adoption Fees are as follows and include desexing, microchipping, vaccinations, worm and flea treatment:

Puppies (under 6 months) - $350
Dogs (6 months - 5 years) - $300
Older Dogs (5 - 10 years) - $200
Senior Citizens (10+ years) - $150



Kittens (under 6 months): $125
Cats (6+ months): $75
