Meet the newest Barker babies. These kiddos were found orphaned outside. Luckily they were brought inside right before all the rain yesterday. These siblings are looking for their forever home together. First picture is Cheeto (girl)and second is Outtie (boy). They are brother and sister and are 2 as of 4/1/21. Cheeto is very sweet, but takes some time to warm up and Outtie is loving and warms up pretty fast, he loves to eat everything and anything! He occasionally likes to lay on you! We have an immediate need to place these three adult cats in a forever home or foster home. All three are in need of a quiet home and they can be separated. They are good with other cats and the two males are good with kids. None have experience with dogs. Dora, the female could be an indoor/outdoor cat and she is less social than the boys. All are fully vetted. Magnus is the tuxedo, Moe is the brown/white tabby, and Dora is the gray/white tabby. All three are lap kitties. Harley is a 4 year old neutered and declawed kitty looking for a home. His elderly owner is having to make the hard decision of rehoming him due to her health and wants to make sure he finds a wonderful new family. Harley is used to a quiet household and would do best in a home with older children or no children as he does sometimes nip at you. Nala and her kittens were one day away from being euthanized at a local shelter when one of our fosters agreed to take her and the kittens in. Nala was able to raise her kittens inside with wonderful care. Her kittens have been adopted and it was time for Nala to find her a new home. Nala hated being in the condos but her perfect man saw her yesterday and immediately knew that he needed her. We made arrangements for him to meet her today and it was love at first, well second, sight ❤. Happy life sweet girl!

ADOPTION UPDATE: Angel(previously yurmom), she is our foster baby but I knew very quickly she would be another foster fail. We love this sweet, quirky and unique girl so much.

Some how we were lucky enough to end up with three barker rescue project babies and they’re all black cats 😂

New condo occupants. Sophie (gray/white) was dumped in a colony but the feeders of the colony quickly realized she's not an outdoor cat. She is calm and affectionate.
Nala (black/white) is a good mama kitty who's finished raising her kiddos and is looking for a quiet family to adopt her. She'll need patience and lots of love as she adapts. She was pulled from Pickens county when her and her kittens were on the euthanasia list. And Junior (black/white) is a big boy weighing in at 13 pounds. He is FIV positive and will need someone familiar with the care he'll need.
