H.O.P.E.’s vision is to become a global advocate for outreach, education, and empowerment.

H.O.P.E. focuses outreach to assist at-risk individuals in becoming more productive and engaged members of society. Populations that H.O.P.E. considers at-risk include, but are not limited to those individuals and/ or families that are defined as: low income; recovering from violence and/ or trauma; homeless; LGBTQ; struggling with substance abuse and/ or addiction; current or former U.S. military and veterans; in or transitioning from foster care; orphans; senior citizens; adolescent youth; HIV and AIDS risk groups; incarcerated or recently incarcerated; disabled; refugees; or any other group that would be considered at-risk and in need of outreach.
