Lucky Chi Dog Rescue's passionate goal is to create loving and trusting relationships between animals and humans. This is seen through educating the public of humanely caring for animals and encouraging adoptions from shelters. It also strives in promoting community awareness of the benefits of spaying and neutering dogs and cats. Lucky Chi's ultimate goal is to create safe and loving furever homes for four legged' creatures.
