For more than 35 years, the HSDC has worked to reduce the pet overpopulation problem, and alleviate animal suffering. We have educated the public about the needs of animals, and promoted laws that benefit animals. Over the years, we have saved the lives of thousands of unwanted puppies and kittens, thereby working to reduce the serious problem of overpopulation.
