For many of the pets who end up in rescue, spending a few weeks, maybe a few months, waiting for a home is a long time. Jordan has been waiting quite a bit longer. He has been in the rescue’s care for 1 year and 3 months, and he deserves a chance to find a forever home.
This playful, happy boy is a little over 2.5 years old, but instead of living with a family in a home, he has spent a large portion of his life with JRS. This means that Jordan has spent nearly half of his very young life in rescue. He is a very sweet and very happy and smiley dog, whose tail never stops wagging once he gets a chance to know you. Now this may take a couple of meets until he is comfortable completely, but trust me it will be worth it. It will be worth it to see that happy tail wag when you come home from a long day at work. It will be worth it to have late night snuggles on the couch together. Even better is one of Jordan’s hugs, which can make you feel like the most special person in the world! Jordan prefers to be the only animal in a house and needs to go to a home with no little kids. Please help us to find this boy the forever home that he is oh so deserving of.

Feast your eyes on this beauty! This is Amalthea, a stunning, 7-month-old baby girl looking for her perfect home. Not only is she beautiful, but this kitten is sweet, playful, and loving! She was attacked by a large male cat when she was just a teeny baby, causing some neurological insult, but it really doesn’t hold her back at all. You’re not seeing double - these two darlings are just double the cuteness! Adoptable EGGS BENEDICT (R) and STRATA (L) are 3-month-old brothers and part of the Brunch litter. They're both visually impaired, but they don't let that stop them from living their best lives. It only took them a few days to get the lay of the land in their foster home, including how to use the doggie door to get in and out of the backyard. They're extremely snuggly, very playful, and impossibly sweet! ❤️❤️ They'll be on the larger side (60-80 lbs) and do not need to be adopted together.
