On witnessing animal cruelty and lack of concern for strays, PARI has been started with the goal of vaccination, nutrition, sterilization and adoption of stray dogs and cats.


Our mission is to completely eradicate the presence of unhappy dogs and cats by finding them a good home and caring owner, spaying and neutering our present stray population.
