Oh sweet Taysha girl! You are nothing short of incredible and we know this is so painful but we also know you will prevail! Your sweet kisses today have shown that not only are you incredibly brave but your love is far larger than all the bad this world has shown you. We long to see the day when your eyes glow and your ears raise. A day when you truly know you are ok and peaceful, but for now, we will remind you every day how special and loved you are ❤️
We are still going strong, hoodies, t shirts and tanks! All proceeds go back to enrich the lives of our dogs with good routine vet care, quality food, safe and effective stimulating toys and treats for those rewards during training. Don't miss out on a chance to get these select colors
It’s definitely picture overload this week but had to get some of our angels up for you all to see!
Eevee has been with us for over a month. She is doing well and is being spayed and microchipped today. This girl was very scared when she arrived at H2H but thanks to her wonderful foster family, Eevee has come so far already!
Eevee does well with other dogs after proper introductions and loves kids as well! She will be a loyal and loving addition to your family ❤️
Little Kratos’s vetting is all complete now and he is ready for a home of his very own! Kratos is an 11 month old neutered male terrier/chihuahua mix. Kratos is good with kids, cats, and other dogs after proper introductions. He loves to snuggle and at only 7lbs, he is very good at it as well ❤️
Journey is very difficult to photograph these days now that she is feeling so much better! She is such a good girl and is finally getting the opportunity to be a dog instead of a medical case and we are so happy for her! Now that she is getting stronger, she gets to graduate our small dog/medical foster home and move to where she will have friends her same size to play with and new and fun things to explore that will get her prepared for a family of her very own! ❤️
Our sweet baby girl ❤️
She is so strong and such an amazingly sweet girl despite the poor hand this world has dealt her so far. We are extremely hopeful for her future but still need lots of prayers that all remains well with her radial nerve, overall healing, and pain control.
As we all can imagine, Taysha was in a lot of pain as she woke up from anesthesia. She was given a good deal of pain medication and is now resting comfortably.
We would like to say a huge thank you to Dr. Trexler-Myren and her staff at All Creatures Animal Hospital. Dr. Trexler-Myren has been nothing short of amazing! Our angels are beyond blessed to have her as are we. ❤️
None of our angels could get the care they need if it wasn’t for all of you!! The support you have all shown for Taysha and Journey these past couple weeks is incredible! We said yes on a prayer and you all answered those prayers and are continuing to do so. Taysha’s hospital stay, physical therapy, and medications are yet to come but we are hopeful. Thank you alll 🙏🏻❤️
Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers! ❤️ Taysha is waking up and recovering from her very long and in depth procedure. We will update with more information as it becomes available. We are very hopeful for this precious girl. 🙏🏻
We have had a lot of requests for apparel lately especially with the fall weather already starting, can you believe it?!
Don't miss your chance to get a soft hoodie for those chilly bonfire nights, a nice t-shirt to wear out and about or to those wonderful holidays that everyone is starting to talk about. Can even buy as an early Christmas gift! Women there's even racerbacks to wear when you are running errands, lounging around the house or headed out to walk with your pup!
Items are being sold for the next 16 days so time to get as much as you'd like! Happy shopping 🐶🐾
No matter how long you rescue, the stories still stab your heart but then you get stories like Taysha’s and they just haunt you.
As you can see in the x-ray, Taysha has a terrible break in her right humerus. Judging by other wounds that Taysha has on her body and the x-ray, it is estimated that she has been in this condition between 4-7 days. Our hearts cannot take thinking about her lying in agony and unable to defend herself when others decided to pick on her 🥺 But now we must move forward and think about the future we can provide for her and the love she is so timidly starting accept.
We say it all the time and continue to say how incredible our supporters are! Thanks to all of you, we will be able to put $1,095 towards Taysha’s surgery tomorrow. Because of the fracture being so bad, it is likely we will be on the higher end of our original estimate of $1000-$1500. Yes, we have a little ways to go but we are also so overwhelmed and grateful for the outpouring of support for this angel.
Thank you! ❤️
Taysha’s surgery will begin tomorrow morning around 9:00am. It is estimated to be quite a lengthy surgery so if you can send a couple extra prayers for her we would be most appreciative.

Just wanted to post an update on Taysha.
As much pain this girl is in, she is still as sweet as can be. Taysha is 37lbs and approximately 6-9 months old. She has had pain medication, NexGard for fleas and ticks along with Drontal Plus for dewormer. Getting rid of any pesky baggage will also help to prepare her for her long road ahead. She ate very well and is now resting peacefully. Probably for the first time ever in her short life. Her scars and healing wounds shows a past that has not been good to her but we are determined to change that. We have amazing supporters and we know Taysha will be just as lucky as our many past angels that were healed thanks to all of you.
Although Taysha was unable to be safely anesthetized for her x-rays (which she will need due to her pain) Dr. Trexler-Myren can feel that her humerus is broken. The humerus is the upper bone in the front leg. The biggest fear with this break is the radial nerve. If that nerve gets damaged, a dog will forever lose feeling in that leg and amputation would become necessary. At first, Taysha did not respond to deep tissue stimulation which was very concerning. Right when Dr. Trexler-Myren was going to stop trying, our sweet Taysha gave a slight whimper followed with a tiny tug! This tells us there is hope to save her leg!!! Her back leg does not appear to be broken but is bruised significantly which is most likely why she didn’t want to put weight on it until she had to.
We do know Taysha will need an extremely in depth surgery to repair her leg that will have to be completed as quickly as possible. After we are able to get her x-rays, Dr. Trexler-Myren will then be able to establish a plan for surgery. If we are lucky, her fracture will be able to be fixed with pins and wiring the bone into place. If things don’t go as planned, her leg will have to be plated. This surgery is extremely in depth and very meticulous. That radial nerve will have to be identified and all work will need to go around that nerve which unfortunately crosses from one side to the other. Even though she has feeling now does not mean that can’t change, however we have been faced with this obstacle before and Dr. Trexler-Myren prevailed. We have so much respect and confidence in her and know Taysha is in in amazing hands.
As of right now, we have been given an estimated cost of $1,000-$1500. We know this sounds difficult but we have to try. Little Taysha has seen so much horror in her short life and she deserves so much better and thanks to you, we are already at $665 in donations so we are well on our way to giving Taysha the life she deserves.
Thank you all so much in advance for your thoughts, prayers, and support ❤️
Sometimes despite being over capacity and exhausted you have to drop everything and hit the highway saying yes we can fit one more. Racing to save a dog you love but have never met. A sweet young girl who is now being raced to finally get help from her agony. Possibly struck by a vehicle or beaten. We do not know what but do know she is still alive because someone did care. To that lady, we want to say thank you.
Please keep Taysha in your prayers. Dr. Trexler-Myren is standing by to help us save yet another beautiful life that does matter. ❤️
Just a friendly reminder that your furbaby’s rabies tag serves a larger purpose then just proving he or she has been vaccinated. Today one of our alumni escaped but thanks to the family having his rabies tag on and an amazing individual who took the time to contact our veterinarian, this sweetheart is back with his loving family safe and sound ❤️
Our Mello as jello boy George is starting to get ants in his pants after seeing how low our food is. We would like to settle him down so he doesn't sell the house kitten for food and let him know he has no need to worry! Anything helps if you can pick up a bag of dog food, we will be glad to pick it up from you or the store in which you purchase it. We also are set up with venmo if your life is hectic with back to school obligations that you can't make it to the store. We will gladly send you a photo of the dog in which you helped feed for the month of September!
