UPDATE: Many of you may remember Ziggy, the Chinese Crested that we sent to a rescue. Today we received an update from the rescue organization. Upon arriving at her destination, Ziggy was taken straight to a vet. The fatty tumors on her belly were removed and she is doing great. Ziggy did have a severe eye infection and the eye had to be removed, but that hasn’t slowed her down. Ziggy is now going to her furever home. A lovely couple is flying from their home to pick up Ziggy! We are so happy for Ziggy and wish her well. RESCUES ROCK!!! 🦎

This gorgeous 2 1/2 year old WHITE Great Pyrenees named Bo had been brought back to us and is looking for a new home to call his own. He does need a grooming so you will have to look past that, but if you adopt you will get a one time free grooming certificate! We are taking applications for his adoption! So come see us to fill out an application!💛

We could use some help walking dogs at the fairgrounds. Glynn Co Animal Control has 50 dogs that could use some time outside while the weather is nice. Stop by up front and sign in and we can point you in the right direction.
Due to staffing the evacuation shelter at the fairgrounds, we will be closed at our main location (3030 Brown Dr) until further notice. We will still make arrangements to meet adopters and owners. Please call Officer Weiss at 912-288-5351 for an appointment.
This sweet kitten was saved, and is now named Gracie! THANK YOU for your your generous donations, which covered her medical bills, including surgery for her diaphragmatic hernia. And the best news of all? Gracie was just ADOPTED! Yes, in just 30 days, you helped us save this little girl, and we even found her a loving home! We can't thank you enough! Your donations make a huge difference, and save lives! 🙌

URGENT!! Can you help us save this little life?
This tiny kitten is scheduled to be euthanized today, but Furkids wants to save her, and with your help we can!
This little kitten arrived at animal control on July 31st, where they discovered she had labored breathing - and then that she has a diaphragmatic hernia. This life-threatening condition requires expensive surgery. Usually in a situation like this, the animal is scheduled for euthanasia due to the danger and expense.
Please help us save this little life! With a donation of just $10, you can help, and with $25 you can make a difference! Please donate right now by hitting the Donate button on this post - time is short for her! Thank you for helping us save this innocent life!
