SonnyBoy Family ... we have a huge welcome and “thank you” to Roxie for her big heart and dropping everything she was in the middle of to transport this little one to us. An absolutely amazing soul in this lady! ❤️❤️❤️
This little nugget was surrendered as a piglet failing to thrive by a concerned rescuer. He is 4 weeks old and not even able to drink from a plate. We are hopeful that he will learn fast. In the meantime, we are making sure he has enough raw goats milk for his little body to grow. He visited Nana today and as you can see, she fell head over heels for him in seconds flat.
Funds will be needed for vetting and WI required testing. Please donate to “email@example.com” and put “pip” in the notes.
Thank you in advance for showing this little guy all the love he deserves.
🌟 FEATURED PET OF THE DAY 🌟
Clara wants to show off her photogenic self on this first day of school for the kiddos. She wishes all the kids a happy first day. What she is really wishing for more though is a family of her own!! She would love to give the kids a smooch as she watches them head off to school. Clara has been our longest foster resident here at Paws Up. We would want nothing more than to get her the perfect home. She recently had an amazing applicant but they decided it’s just not the right time for them (nothing that Clara did). So we are back to the drawing board for our sweet girl. I’m sure you have seen her because she is pretty famous around these parts. She is a dock diving competitor and sure loves to jump.
Clara is high energy so she needs a family that can keep her going. She can be good with a dog of her size but no cats for this pretty lady. Older kids and a family that just wants to love her. Someone who will accept her for who she is and see how far she has come.
Please contact us for more information on this pretty lady. Her adoption fee has been half sponsored too!!!! She is ready to go!
Please share our sweet Clara
Can’t adopt? How about helping us with her weekly jumps!? You can donate!!! That would help us greatly.

Poor JACKSON 💔 We are still looking for a home or foster home for this 5 year old boy. He has been here for close to 6 months and has worn a hole in his bed...Thankfully we had one replacement cover left, but we need to order more ASAP! Chewy.com has the best prices, we use medium and large beds here. Thank you for considering helping the Rescue Dogs in our care. The Rescue address is W3239 Schmidt Rd Brillion, WI 54110. Or if it's easier you can send couple dollars through our Paypal.me/911dogrescue
Lalit needs more calories and won't get it with what I am feeding him. The 2 items in the comments were recommended (the dry food I have to wet and let it turn to mush) to add to his diet as it is now to help with that. If anyone can help with these, it would be greatly appreciated. 1st comment is the wishlist link, 2nd comment are the items needed. They should show up as the 1st and 2nd item on the wishlist. The items will go direct to our foster in Alabama. Donation receipts can be sent if needed. Thank you!
Update Labor Day 7:15 pm ... we have $250 of the $500 needed!!!
Can we raise the other $250 by midnight tonight? We could actually INSTALL these over next two weeks if we can!!!
Let’s get the other $250 and give our three herds constant fresh water this winter!
SonnyBoy Family ... we have been offered an incredible savings on automatic heated water units!
These specific units are brand new, in packaging, and include the heater assembly which we need for cold Wisconsin winters.
Individually, the units cost $375. We have been offered a gift of three complete units for $500!! 👏👏👏
We need to raise $500 for the units and we can get them installed before winter! The water and electric lines are already on site and being buried this week with our foundation excavation.
The Nelson livestock water units were going to cost us $2400. With this incredible offer, we can get three heated Miraco Lil Spring 2800 water units for just $500!! That would put a heated automatic water unit in each of the three pig herds!
Please donate if you can, share with everyone you know! Donations can be sent via PayPal friends and family option. “Helpingpigs@sonnyboyanimalsanctuary.org”. Please put “water” in the notes! $500 for three heated automatic water units 🙌🙌🙌
Thank you for helping to provide our residents with fresh water all year long! ❤️🐷❤️
Such a great day at the Emergency Pig Out! It was fun to reconnect with old friends and meet new friends. Thanks to all who stopped by and to those who donated.🐾❤️ Yukon and Denali had a wonderful day. 😎🐾 Thanks again to White Winter for inviting us.
Whoop whoop! Picking up culvert for our automatic water units! We are trenching and installing water and electric lines this week! We do not have the funds yet to buy the units ... $2400 still needed!
Yesterday we picked up 6 new gates for the property including the front two gates! Thank you for helping to purchase the supplies for this upgrade!
Getting ready to go to our event - The Emergency Pig Out at White Winter....but just had to share a picture first. Our new little resident, Winter, is feeling so much better! He has become quite the character. 🐾😄 I will have a more in depth post about Winter tomorrow, but just wanted you all to know he is doing great. ❤️🐾 And remember - if you are out and about in the Northwoods, come and see us at White Winter in Iron River!
And ...we have 3 black lab mixes available to meet starting tomorrow 11-1 PM! All female, 6 months old. We also have Houdini our 6 month old Male black lab mix available still...please share and help us find homes for these pups. They are fully vetted Everything has been done, including spay/neuter, microchip, etc. The Rescue is located at W3239 Schmidt Rd Brillion, WI.
ABOUT THE FARM CATS... I realize that it's been quite confusing keeping up with the information about the farm cats. So from now on I will just be adding to THIS post. Please use just this post to comment or ask questions.
THE FARM CAT STORY
The kitties are on an abandoned farm that is going to be demolished very soon. This will be VERY bad for them because they have nowhere to go.
The people who mow the property have been feeding the cats for some time but have not neutered them. Then we got involved!
Our plan has been to trap, neuter/spay and treat them for parasites and then find homes on farms for the older ones who are less socialized. The kittens are easily socialized, so we will be getting them ready for adoption. 😽
WHAT WE NEED
We desperately need outdoor homes for the older cats. They would need to be in a secured building for a little while so they can get used to a new area.
Please spread the word!
If you can help, please comment below or message me.
Reminder we are having open house Saturday and Sunday 11-1 PM. We have several adult dogs and younger dogs (6-12 months) available to meet with you! The Rescue is located at W3239 Schmidt Rd Brillion WI. Dundas area.
